Balham Surveyors was founded with a simple idea: that property buyers and sellers in South London deserved better than an overpriced, impersonal service from a surveying firm that had never even been to the area.

We set up our practice on Balham High Road because we live here, we know the housing stock here, and we care about the community here. James is a father of two and grew up in Tooting — so his knowledge of the local area is second to none.
